Beautiful colors, some foxing

The KIKU symbolizes autumn. Imported from China, it now exists in many forms. It is generally divided into three categories: Õ-giku, Chü-giku, and Ko-giku. The Õ-giku produces a large flower at the top of a stem. The Chü-giku produces a medium-sized flower. This form offers a wide variety of original blooms. The Ko-giku is mainly grown as a hanging basket. The Kan-giku (winter) and the Natsu-giku (summer) are named after their respective growing seasons. Nowadays, the Yö-giku, a western chrysanthemum, is very popular.
