Mondhare, Louis-Joseph (1734-1799) was an engraver, publisher, dealer in prints and maps. Active in Paris from 1759, he joined forces with his son-in-law Pierre Jean (1754-1829) from June 1784.
He can be found at various addresses:

Good margins, four short tears in the borders not reaching the subject, upper left corner broken, light dusting mainly in the margins.
